The Invesco Bloomberg Commodity ex-Agriculture UCITS ETF aims to provide the total return performance of the Bloomberg ex-Agriculture and Livestock 20/30 Capped Index (the "Reference Index"), less the impact of fees.The Reference Index is designed to be a highly liquid and diversified benchmark for commodities. It is composed of futures contracts on 11 commodities, across energy, industrial metals and precious metals. Commodities are weighted by liquidity and global production, with caps on individual and group weightings to ensure diversification.The fund aims to achieve its objective by holding a basket of US Treasury Bills and other short-term, high quality securities and using unfunded swaps. The swaps are contracts whereby one or more approved counterparties agrees to exchange with the fund any difference between the returns of the index and an agreed rate linked to the US Treasury Bills held by the fund. Article 6 SFDR – for the purposes of meeting the requirements of Article 6 SFDR, we have disclosed information on Sustainability Risks in the Prospectus Addendum found in the Documents section. To assist with meeting some of the Fund's costs, the Manager may receive an annual fees contribution of up to 0.11% of the swap notional amount from the swap counterparties active on this fund. This fee contribution has no impact on the Fund’s net asset value and does not represent an incremental cost borne by investors.This ETF is passively managed. An investment in this fund is an acquisition of units in a passively managed, index tracking fund rather than in the underlying assets owned by the fund.
